Men's Drawing Circle - Jan-Mar 2026
Exploring Natural Cycles & Sources of Inspiration
Service Description
This six-week Men’s Drawing Group is a practical, reflective space for men who want to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what actually matters. This is not an art class and it’s not therapy in the traditional sense. You don’t need drawing experience. You don’t need the right words. You just need a willingness to show up and put pencil to paper. Using simple drawing exercises, conversation, and quiet reflection, each session explores a different aspect of life, identity, and direction — allowing insights to surface visually, without pressure or performance. What makes this different? Drawing gives us a way to access insight without having to explain or justify it. The page becomes a mirror. Patterns emerge. Priorities sharpen. New perspectives form. This process is surprisingly practical. Participants often leave with: - Greater clarity about what they value now - A stronger sense of self and direction - Language for things they hadn’t been able to articulate before - A renewed connection to purpose, creativity, and inner steadiness The Six Sessions 1. Sources of Inspiration Where do you genuinely draw inspiration from — people, places, experiences, values? This session explores what already fuels you, and what you may want more of in your life. 2. What Is a Real Man? A drawing exercise to explore your lived experience of being a man today. What do you honour? What feels solid? What qualities are you ready to invite in next? 3. Stages of Manhood A visual journey from birth through to later life, acknowledging the key transitions and milestones that shape us. This session honours where you’ve been, where you are now and how you want the future to look. 4. Clear Goals More powerful than a Pinterest vision board. This is about focus, intention, and direction and beginning to bring it into form. 5. Who Would You Invite to Dinner? A reflective exercise exploring the people you admire and why. 6. My Art of Life If your life were a piece of art, what would it look like? Where is the picture leading, if the story isn’t finished yet? This group is quiet, respectful, and non-judgemental. You share only what you want to. The drawing does the heavy lifting. Sometimes the most honest conversations don’t start with words. They start with a blank page.
