While the drawing exercises offered significant benefits, it is not a substitute for professional therapy. It is a nurturing space for personal growth, self-discovery, and creative exploration

Who can join a drawing circle?
This circle is open to anyone seeking a safe, non-judgmental environment to express themselves, connect with others, and grow personally.
What should I bring to the class?
All basic art materials are provided. You may wish to bring a journal or notebook for personal reflections, but it is not required.
What if I want more personalised attention?
If you’re seeking more individual guidance, private sessions may be available—please ask the facilitator for details.
Do I need to have any artistic experience or skill?
No prior artistic experience is necessary. The focus is on exploration, personal growth and authentic self-expression, not technical perfection
What if I feel nervous about sharing or drawing in front of others?
It’s natural to feel nervous. Participation is always voluntary—you are welcome to share or pass as you feel comfortable. The group is supportive and understanding of each person’s preferences.
Can I attend just once, or do I need to commit to the whole series?
Introductory classes are held from time to time to see if you enjoy the experience. When you sign up for a series you will be paying for the series even if you choose the pay per class option.
