A MEN'S foundational class for beginners to explore the basic drawing techniques and exercises we use at Circlarity. 
This is NOT a "how to draw class". 
This is an introductory class to the type of work we do at my Circlarity Drawing Table - these classes are designed as a way to get in touch with yourself at a deeper level and no artistic skill is required.
Anyone open to this experience that will foster self-awareness will gain something from this class.

We use drawing as a vehicle to dig deeper into our subconscious and explore our feelings and thoughts.  This creative process can foster self-awareness, boost self esteem and increase personal growth through personal insight - the drawings you create can offer solutions to problems and greater understanding of a problem from a different perspective.
 
This is a men's only drawing circle.
I provide safe spaces and open journey's to ensure you get the most of your time with me.

According to a study by Girlja Kaimal conducted in 2016, the artistic process was shown to have a positive effect on participants' stress levels.
This study showed that 75% of participants experienced a reduction in their cortisol levels after just 45 minutes. And the interesting thing about this study is that none of the participants had any background or experience in creating art.
